The mitt/fist area is made with about a 4-5 oz leather. Some companies that make similar mitts use a light (1-3 oz) upholstery leather for the mitt section.

Has permanently attached snap hooks on the inner wrists for attaching to each other or to attach to other accesories. Has a D-ring on each piece also for attaching to other items.
